Malnutrition in developing countries and its consequences

According to the United Nations World Food Program, around 690 million people suffer from malnutrition (as of 2019). This is a major problem in emerging and developing countries in particular and Swiss Doctors faces it in all of the projects. The coronavirus pandemic has further exacerbated the situation.
